			<P>There are many different types of bullying, and it can happen at school, at work or amongst a group of friends. All schools should have bullying policies to deal with it within school. Bullying is a commonly used phrase that covers behaviour that is often actually criminal - see harassment, violence, and public order, for example. </P>
