			<h1>Solicitor </h1>
			<P>A solicitor will normally bring a case to magistrates court, whether as the defence or the prosecution.   The prosecution solicitor will normally be from the CPS and the defence solicitor will be the one that has dealt with the defendant from the start of the case.  </p>
<p>If the case is taken to Crown Court, the solicitors normally instruct barristers to act for them in court.</p>
